rewarding seeing them thrive in obtaining their goals. Every day I am thankful that
I’ve been given the opportunity to work closely with domestic violence survivors,
but also afforded the gift of learning from them as well.”

- SHELTER ADVOCATE

Here at The Spring, I manage a team of staff that are dedicated in providing engaging, trauma-informed care, in an environment that supports safety and healing for children. It’s fulfilling work empowering survivors by linking them with community resources, finding creative solutions to their needs, and advocating for their rights while they are discovering a renewed outlook on life and their future.
