Frito Lay/Pepsico Community Team
creates new family library for The Spring!

Members of the Frito Lay/Pepsico Community Improvement Team showed up recently with materials and manpower to outfit a large unused area in our shelter as a new family library! A fresh coat of paint, new ceiling tiles, shelves, furniture and books transformed a large empty space into a welcoming area for families to read, study together or just find a quiet space to reflect.

Good News!

The Spring of Tampa Bay has launched I Own Me, a regional awareness campaign targeted to Bay Area youth to help them recognize the signs of domestic violence and find help if they need it. I Own Me should take the lead in raising awareness and preventing teen dating violence. There are many ways that you can take part. NEW! Read the article about this campaign in the Largo Patch.
